Watching Over You

Deuteronomy 2:7 – The Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast desert. These forty years the Lord your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything. (NIV 1978)

My Musing – No matter how difficult the circumstances (wandering in the desert) or how long they seem to linger (these forty years), the Lord continues to watch over us and to make sure we do not lack what we need. It may not seem like it at the time, but it is certain.

My Advice – You will undoubtedly encounter periods of “wandering in the desert” that may last for what seems to be an unbearable period of time. During these times remember: God is watching over you to make sure everything works out for the good.
