Psalms 51:1 – Have mercy on me, O God, according to Your unfailing love; according to Your great compassion. (NIV 1978)
My Musings – The mercy that we receive from God is according to His love and compassion, not by our expectations. There is little we could expect, but what we receive is limitless.
My Advice – Do not place a limit on God’s love and compassion. They are greater than anything you can possibly imagine.

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives. I was also taught that as important as these values were they could not save us. We must also be “born again” by accepting Christ.
