Hold On Tight

Original blog April 12, 2019. So many things we hold onto much too tightly. With our hands so full, how can we possibly hold onto anything else. We have to let go before we can hold on.

Hebrews 4:14 – Let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. (NIV 1978)

My Musings – Wouldn’t it be nice if we held as tightly onto our faith as we do to some of the sinful habits that we don’t want to let go of?

My Advice – Hold onto your faith tightly. There will be blatant and subtle, direct and indirect, expected and unexpected attempts to make you let loose. Be on guard.

I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
