Intelligence Is Not Wisdom

Original post June 11, 2019 from “A Dad’s Devotions.” To have the capacity but not use it would be a shame.

Intelligence – The ability or capacity to learn and understand.

James 1:5 – If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. (NIV 1984)

My Musings – Many people have the capacity, but do not follow through and use it for learning and understanding.

My Advice – God has blessed you with an above average intellect. You have honored Him by applying it to learn and understand. Learn and understand His Word.

I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
