Heavenly Wisdom is…

Original post June 18, 2019. This kind of wisdom is rare indeed.

James 3:17 – Wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. (NIV 1978)

My Musings – Worldly wisdom counts for nothing if we do not have heavenly wisdom.

My Advice – “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33). I could not give better advice than this.

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
