Nevermore

“If I say to the wicked man, ‘You will surely die,’ but he then turns away from his sin and does what is just and right…none of the sins he has committed will be remembered against him.” (Ezekiel 33:14–16, NIV 1984).

My Musings – “I’ll forgive, but I’ll never forget.” Ever hear that? Maybe you’ve even said it yourself. That’s not forgiveness. Thank goodness, that’s not our God.

My Advice – Turn. Do what is just and right. Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. God will forgive, and remember your sins no more.

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives. I was also taught that as important as these values were they could not save us. We must also be “born again” by accepting Christ.
