
Even to this day when [the Word is proclaimed], a veil covers their hearts. But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. My Musings – Ever wonder what Jesus really looked like? Well, if He looked anything like Norman Rockwell, then this verse might be an appropriate caption for the above illustration. But not quite. The likeness that Paul is referring to has nothing to do with physical attributes, and everything to do with character.
