Being Confident of This

Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. (Philippians 1:6, NIV 1984).

My Musings – Rest assured that whatever God starts, He “will carry it on to completion.” He does not welcome anyone into a relationship with His Son that He will ultimately forsake.

My Advice – When we receive blessings, praise God. When we encounter hardships, praise God. Both are part of the “finishing” process. as God works in us to conform us to the likeness of Christ.

“Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?” (Job 2:10, NIV 1984).

I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
