Even More

2 Samuel 12:7-9 – “I anointed you…I delivered you…I gave you…. And if all of this had been too little, I would have given you even more. Why did you displease the Lord by doing evil in His eyes?” (NIV 1978)

My Musing – God has so much planned for His children. More than we could possibly imagine. Isn’t it a pity that some of it never comes to be because we stray into sin and miss out on it.

My Advice – When tempted to sin. Don’t just think about the negative consequences that are likely. Think about all the positive blessings that may be denied. Let both of these be a motivation to do what is right.
