Genesis 2:9 – Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden. But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?” (NIV 1984)

My Musing – Where are we, and how did we get here?  Questions we need to ask ourselves periodically.  Sometimes because we fall hard and quick and sometimes because we drift away ever so slowly.  Maybe our response is to cover it up, ignore it, evade it, or just hide.  But we really cannot successfully do any of these things.

How much does God want to know?  He already knows all of it.  But He wants us to know it too.  He knew full well where Adam was.  The point was, He needed Adam to…

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives. I was also taught that as important as these values were they could not save us. We must also be “born again” by accepting Christ.
