Make Your Choice

Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD. (Joshua 24:15, NIV 1984).

My Musings – Some earnestly profess faith in Christ, but get pre-occupied with making a living instead of making a life. Pursuing happiness instead of experiencing joy. Driven by ambition instead of compassion and humility. Intent on making a name for themselves rather than proclaiming the name of Christ. We must seriously ask ourselves who it is that we are serving.

My Advice – “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if [insert what is distracting you] is [your] God, follow [it].” (1 Kings 18:21, NIV 1984).Choose and follow through.“No one can serve two masters. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
