My Musings – Scientists are telling us that a “polar flip” (where magnetic poles reverse) may be in our near future.  North becomes south and south becomes north.  Of course, it is only the magnetic north that is “going south.”  Geographic north, or “true north,” will be unaffected as it is determined by the earth’s axis, which is unchanging.  Opinion’s vary on the implications of a polar flip from not that significant to catastrophic.

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives. I was also taught that as important as these values were they could not save us. We must also be “born again” by accepting Christ.
