WHO SHE IS – The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth. (Revelation 17:18)
John is told by the angel that the woman is “the great city that rules over the kings of the earth.” There are a variety of interpretations given by various Bible scholars. Last week we looked at the Babylon interpretations. This week we will look at the “revived” Roman Empire interpretations. I apologize for its length, but perhaps some might find the narrative compelling.
