Who Is The Liar?

I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth. Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. (1 John 2:21–22, NIV 1984).

My Musings – “Jesus is the Christ.” This is the truth claim that John, the disciple that probably knew Christ the best, is making. Any claim that denies this is a lie. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives.
