The Searchers

This only have I found: God made mankind upright, but men have gone in search of many schemes. (Ecclesiastes 7:29, NIV 1984).

My Musings – Do not blame God for all the evil you see under the sun. It is not as God intended. We were created in His image — “upright.” Restless and discontented with this, we went “in search of many schemes.” “We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6, NIV 1984).

My Advice – He went “in search of many” to restore what they originally had but could never regain, because they lost the way.
