My Musings – In “It’s Not In The Book!” Ruthanna Metzgar, a professional singer, relates the following story. She was once asked to sing at the wedding of a millionaire. The reception was held on the top two floors of Seattle’s Columbia Tower, the Northwest’s tallest skyscraper. To gain entrance to the lavish feast, guests were greeted by a gentleman with a bound book.
