It’s In The Book

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.  (2 Timothy 3:16–17, NIV 1984). 

My Musings – If we’ve learned anything in the past few years, it’s be careful where you get your information.  If you have the above “handbook” you might want to be extra cautious on what else is in the book.  We laugh, for of course we know there is no such book.  But when it comes to matters of spirituality there are all kinds of books out there that are just as suspect.  Thus, it is vitally  important (“above all“) that we  “understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation.
