The Brew Is A Musing

You have set your glory above the heavens…when I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him. (Psalm 8:1-4, NIV 1984).

What may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:19–20, NIV 1984).

He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. (Ecclesiastes 3:11, NIV 1984).

My Musings – Not only is He mindful of us, but through His creation He ensured that we would be mindful of Him by setting eternity in our hearts. None…

I was raised in a Christian family and my earliest childhood memories include regular Sunday school and Church attendance as a family. I was taught that our Judeo-Christian values were not just a part of our Sunday routine they should be part of our character and influence all aspects of our lives. I was also taught that as important as these values were they could not save us. We must also be “born again” by accepting Christ.
