What’s Your Answer?

Evading the question, changing the subject, shifting the blame or making excuses, was one of the earliest manifestations of mankind’s sin nature, ever since the fall. The earliest was hiding (“Adam where are you?”).

“Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?” (Genesis 3:11, NIV 1984). A simple yes would have been the correct response. But…
