“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” (Revelation 4:11, NIV 1984).
My Musings – “To be is to do.” (Immanuel Kant). “To do is to be.” (Jean-Paul Sartre). “Do Be Do Be Do.” (Frank Sinatra). Since time began, the great philosophers (excluding Sinatra, of course) have attempted to make sense of our existence. The truth is, apart from God, it makes no sense at all. And yet many philosophers insist on removing God from the equation. But whether it is “to be” or “to do” it makes no more sense than “Do be do be do” without “IAM.”
My Advice – Want your life to have meaning? Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life.” (John 14:6, NIV 1984). So, there you go.
“Do be do be do” Made me LOL! It’s good to laugh! Blessings, Steve!
