Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, “I find no pleasure in them.” (Ecclesiastes 12:1, NIV 1984).
My Musings – Remember how it was with your Creator when you were a youthful Christian. Full of optimism and enthusiasm. Is it still there through the days of trouble? Do you still find pleasure in it? Are you spending time in the Word? How about your prayer life?
My Advice – Don’t let there be another Sunday morning sleeping in and missing church. Or of letting some other activity take its place. Make your relationship with God a priority so your life does not become “meaningless.” Be that younger man or woman, but keep on growing.
