My Musings – “Why wait for a crisis?” This is a line from a book I am reading called “Silos, Politics and Turf Wars,” by Patrick Lencioni. To spiritualize his explanation of this line, why not create the same sense of urgency, purpose, devotion and faithfulness during good times as one does during the not so good times. In between mountain top experiences is the inevitable valley. But we often go into that valley unprepared. Why? Because we loosen up on the mountain tops, and let down our guard.
